Mark Jacques has over 20 years working as a personal trainer and coach.  His experiences as a Collegiate Athlete (Football at University of Washington), to a Strength Training instructor at the University of Washington, to his service in the Marine Corps and working in the fitness industry in San Diego and Bellingham.  Mark has been coaching and training high school athletes in Whatcom county since 2010.  All of these
experiences have allowed Mark to assist people across the health and fitness continuum to rehab and sports performance.  He is continuously striving to keep abreast of the very latest in training techniques to assure his clients receive the most current methods of training.  Mark is certified with the American Council of Exercise.
