Mark Jacques has over 20 years of experience working as a personal trainer and coach.  Mark has a very impressive athletic background as a Collegiate Athlete, playing football at the University of Washington, which led him to become a Strength Training instructor at UW following his playing career. Mark also served in the Marine Corps but settled down after his service to work in the fitness industry in San Diego and Bellingham.

Mark has been coaching and training high school athletes in Whatcom County since 2010.  All of these experiences have allowed Mark to assist people across the health and fitness community to reach their sports performance goals.  He is continuously striving to keep up with the very latest in training techniques to assure his clients receive the most current methods of training.  Mark is certified with the American Council of Exercise.
